Sean Christie is a clarinet player and a recent graduate of the Bachelor of Music program at UBC. Sean has enjoyed tenure as principal clarinet of many ensembles based around Vancouver, including the UBC Symphony Orchestra, UBC Symphonic Wind Ensemble, and the Vancouver Youth Symphony Orchestra. This past spring, he was the featured soloist in a presentation of the Mozart Clarinet Concerto with the Fraser Valley Wind Ensemble. Sean is currently employed by Backun Musical Services, a company that manufactures and distributes the best clarinets in the world.”
